- Details you submit in enquiry, proposal and contact forms — name, company, mobile number, email, industry, campaign preferences and messages.
- Information from QR-code campaign landing pages we run on behalf of advertisers, as described on those pages.
- Technical data such as pages visited, referring source and campaign (UTM) parameters, used to understand which channels bring enquiries.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver booked campaigns.
- To store and manage enquiries in our CRM and contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request.
- To send invoices, campaign reports and service updates to customers.
- To improve our website and measure advertising performance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, CRM, messaging and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Leads generated through an advertiser’s QR campaign are shared with that advertiser.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax obligations, and protect them with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
