These terms apply to advertising campaigns and services booked with Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd. under the DNexus Media Signage brand. A signed proposal or purchase order may add campaign-specific terms, which take precedence.
Bookings and pricing
- Prices on this website, including calculator results, are rate-card estimates and exclude GST unless stated. A booking is confirmed only after a written proposal is accepted and payment terms are met.
- Screen and slot availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Duration discounts apply to continuous bookings for the stated period.
Creatives
- Advertisers are responsible for the rights to all content they supply and for its compliance with applicable law, railway and venue guidelines, and the ASCI code.
- We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or rejected by the venue owner.
- Creative changes during a campaign are scheduled after a technical and content check.
Delivery and reporting
- We make reasonable efforts to keep screens operating. Downtime caused by power failure, venue works, maintenance or events outside our control may occur; material downtime is compensated with equivalent additional play time.
- Footfall and reach figures are approximate estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Proof-of-play reports reflect data logged by our signage platform.
Payments and cancellation
Payment terms, advance requirements and cancellation charges are set out in your proposal. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of the campaign.
Liability
Our total liability for any campaign is limited to the fees paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
